The Cotral buses are regular and reliable but you won't be able to buy a ticket online, so make sure to buy a supply from the nearest tobacco shop. To catch the bus leaving from Anguillara, you will need to exit the train station road, turn left and walk 2 minutes to the main road where the Cotral bus stop is located (luckily it's next to a tobacco shop for tickets).
