about
Cinema Palma

Cinema Palma is a busy hub with an incredible history dating back to 1939. What could have become a brothel, instead became the Cinema Palma after original owner, Fabio Palma, chose to buy a projector and convert the building, bringing cinema to 1,200 local residents.

Passed down through 4 generations, this cinema is a cultural flagship not only in Trevignano Romano, the village in which it is located, but of the whole Region (and beyond ...), and for the Palma family who have managed it with care, attention and love for over 80 years.

In 2006, a 60-seat room was opened, alongside the 160-seat original room and the 300-seat summer arena.

Films are shown in original language 3 times per week.
